A humanist with a doctoral degree by profession. I have always been interested in Scandinavia. Local culture, history and lifestyle guided my education. By conducting research and working with students in Poland and Sweden, I was able to get to know the charms of Scandinavia and develop my passion. I wrote a book, met interesting people, made friendships.

However, it wasn’t my work at the university that was my idea of ​​life. I thought about my own business for a long time and that’s how I found myself in insurance. I set up my own business, switched to a commission system and started building a customer base. During this time, I learned how important determination and consistency are, motivation and time management skills.

It was practical knowledge and didactic experience that introduced me to the training room. And so it remains to this day. Leading workshops and coaching I worked for over 7,000 hours.

Today, I primarily support managers and sales representatives in achieving their goals and emerging challenges, ensuring that each workshop is an interesting inspiration that encourages the development of their skills.
